Holiday home "Mali Raj" is a family house designed to accommodate eight people. It is located on the eastern edge of Gorski kotar, the green heart of Croatia, in the small village of Oštarije, approximately halfway between Ogulin and Josipdol.

About the house
"Mali Raj" is located at the end of the village surrounded by relaxing nature with the possibility for walks in the woods near the house. The house also has an eco-garden from where you can take what you need for lunch every day.
The house consists of ground floor, first floor and high attic. It has 4 double bedrooms with 4 attached bathrooms and it is able to accommodate eight people.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor of the house there is a space where you will spend the most of your time for sure. Namely, there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The dining room has a large table that can also be used as a billiards table. In the living room there is a stone fireplace that looks relaxing in the winter months. In the extension of the living room there is the entrance to our little paradise - wellness, that consists of a whirlpool for 5 people, Finnish sauna, shower, TV and small bench, and a small toilet.
In addition to all the above, on the ground floor there is also a double room with bathroom.
Leaving the living room towards the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a wooden table and benches, and with an outdoor fireplace - barbecue.
The pool has its own terrace where you can relax on sun loungers and swings.
THE FIRST FLOOR
From the living room a staircase lined with wood leads to the first floor that consists of 3 double bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom.
ATTIC
From the hallway upstairs a wooden staircase leads to the attic, where there is space for a small fitness corner with exercise aids.
Hydromassage pool
In the extension of the living room is the entrance to our little paradise - wellness, which consists of a whirlpool for 5 people, Finnish sauna, shower, TV and a small bench, and a small toilet.
In addition to all the above, on the ground floor there is a double room with bathroom.
Finnish sauna
You can enter the Finnish sauna from the area with the hydromassage pool. Enjoying the benefits of the Finnish sauna in combination with hydromassage will give you an unforgettable experience for body and soul, and you will really feel like in a little paradise.

Marmont bridge
The stone bridge bridged Zagorska Mrežnica in Oštarije during the French rule at the beginning of the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of the bridge there is a famous Gothic church from the 15th century - the shrine of Our Lady of Miracles. Today, the bridge stretches over the dry bed of the river, which disappeared in this part with the construction of the artificial lake Sabljaci.
Sabljaci lake
The beautiful artificial lake Sabljaci is a real pearl of the whole region, and because of its size it is called the "Ogulin Sea". During the summer, the lake hosts the "Lake Games", various water sports such as rowing, sailing, swimming and diving, sport fishing throughout the year, and provides unlimited opportunities for recreation throughout the year, as well as pleasant walks and cycling.
Frankopan castle Ogulin
Renaissance castle from the 16th century. above the abyss of the river Dobra - Đula's abyss. The founder of the city was Bernardin Frankopan, one of the most powerful nobles of his time and feudal lords of the whole region. Today, there is the Homeland Museum with several collections such as archeological, ethnographic, old weapons, the memorial room of Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić, the permanent exhibition of the academic painter Stjepan Galetić.
